Lead Pastor – Hebron Baptist Church, Hebron, Kentucky Hebron Baptist Church (average attendance ~140) is prayerfully seeking a Full-Time Lead Pastor to shepherd our elder-led congregation and help us fulfill the Great Commission by proclaiming the gospel, faithfully teaching the Bible, and discipling believers to grow into maturity to look more like Jesus. The Lead Pastor will serve as the primary preacher and spiritual leader, providing biblically sound, expository preaching and teaching, pastoral care, and oversight of staff and ministries. He will work alongside the elders to cast vision, equip leaders, and guide the church in gospel-centered mission. Qualifications • Seminary degree • Meets biblical qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:1–7 and Titus 1:5–9 • Gifted in expository preaching and teaching • Strong communicator and servant leader • Embraces the Baptist Faith & Message 2000 and the church covenant Responsibilities • Preach and teach God’s Word faithfully • Provide pastoral care and discipleship • Lead and mentor staff and ministry leaders • Partner with elders in vision, strategy, and leadership development
