Baptist Village and Griesser Farm Condominiums

Baptist Life Communities has 32 one and two-bedroom spacious independent-living condominium units with attached garage in Erlanger, Kentucky located at Baptist Village. These units offer the option of monthly or lifetime leases at affordable prices. The Baptist Village is located at 3000 Riggs Avenue in Erlanger, Kentucky.

Plans are currently under way for construction of another 80 condominium units to be built in Burlington, Kentucky on Rt.18 in 2000.

Please note that there is a waiting list for certain types of units and overall availability is limited. However, a waiting list does exist.

Village Care Center

In August 1999, Baptist Life Communities opened a new skilled care facility located at 2990 Riggs Avenue in Erlanger, Kentucky next to Baptist Village.

The Village Care Center is a 100-bed skilled care facility connected to Baptist Village. which offers Independent and assisted-living.

This spacious new facility is beautifully decorated and offers many amenities including pantry-style dining and a full-time activity director.
